Collaboration, transparency, fairness.

Our team consists of a combination of experienced personnel and independent non-executives, who have managed and overseen property investment and development projects in the United Kingdom and Europe.

As a collective we value collaboration, trust and transparency in all our interactions with our stakeholders, personnel and clients.  We seek fair outcomes in everything that we do.

We prefer projects that will stand the test of time. This means that they must have a classic feel, but incorporate a modern colour palette and materials that brings the look right up-to-date, at the relevant price-point.

The Vabel Chamberlayne (750-756 Harrow Road, NW10 5DQ) comprises a mixed-use building with 17 residential units set over a five-storey block fronting Harrow Road and two rear-mews houses over two stories, all set around a landscaped courtyard. There is commercial floor space at ground floor fronting Harrow Road. Cycle storage is provided.

The scheme is located close to the junction of Harrow Road with Kilburn Lane/Ladbroke Grove, in Kensal Green, North West London. It is located just under a 10-minute walk to Kensal Green London Underground and Overground station, providing quick services into Central London via the Bakerloo Line. There is a bus stop outside the development with regular services running along Harrow Road.

Harrow Road itself (the A404) runs broadly east to north west, from Royal Oak/Westbourne Park to Harrow in the west. The property lies at the eastern end, close to Maida Vale and Notting Hill, opposite the entrance to the West London crematorium and a small parade of secondary retail. Boasting a perfect mix of cool and calm Kensal Rise has established itself as the new hot spot on the banks of the Grand Union Canal. The area offers a colourful array of boutique shops, trendy eateries and eclectic bars all within a traditional village setting giving its residents a taste of London at its finest. The Vabel Chamberlayne merges from these esteemed surroundings offering a superb collection of luxury apartments above creative workspaces all centred around a tranquil courtyard making it the perfect choice for any aspiring homeowner or renter. There is a large Sainsbury’s supermarket some 0.3 miles south of the development. We have acquired 5 apartments ranging from 1, 2 & 3-bedroom spaces.

The Vabel Lawrence (50-52 Lawrence Road, N15 4FW) comprises a mixed-use building with 42 new build homes set over two seven storey blocks and low-built mews to the rear. There is commercial floor space at ground floor within Block A (50 Lawrence Road). Cycle storage is provided along with 4 disabled car parking spaces.

The scheme is located mid-way along Lawrence Road, in Seven Sisters, North London. It is located just under a 10-minute walk to Seven Sisters London Underground station, providing quick services into Central London via the Victoria Line.

Lawrence Road itself runs north to south with the southern end being dominated by a large development by Bellway, known as Lawrence Square, which was completed in 2016.

The surrounding area provides a mixture of housing styles and types. Along West Green Lane, the main road leading from the south of Lawrence Road to Seven Sisters, are mostly Victorian terraced properties with retail at ground floor and residential uppers. The quality of retail is varied but generally in the low-mid end range with a Sainsbury’s, Costa Coffee, a handful of local estate agents and smaller, independent shops.

The acquisition relates to a total of 21 apartments ranging from 1, 2 & 3-bedroom spaces.

This Build-To-Let property comprises a mixed-use new-build located to the south of Blackheath Hill (A2) in the London Borough of Lewisham in South East London. The main transport hub of Lewisham is located approximately 15-minutes’ walk to the south and provides access to the City of London and Canary Wharf. The local area is undergoing large scale residential redevelopment and is popular for young professionals commuting into the City of London given the good transport links.

We have already commenced with the demolition of the existing buildings on site and we are constructing three new blocks providing commercial (light industrial/workshop) space, 20 affordable housing units and 43 private residential units. The development also includes landscaping and the provision of a children’s play area. All of the blocks have been designed to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.

Completion is planned for late 2023. Here are soe artist’s impressions of what the development will look like as well as the
